You’re invited to put your music trivia knowledge to the ultimate test, and help the Community and Counselling Resource Centre at the same time.
Jukebox Mania returns to The Venue May 9th for a 19th year, with teams competing for prizes and bragging rights. All proceeds go toward the non-for-profit’s mission of helping people find and keep safe housing as well its offered professional counselling services.
CCRC executive director Kirsten Armbrust says the event has fun at its centre.
Armbrust says while funds raised are important, raising public awareness of her organization’s work is equally important.
Armbrust notes demand for CCRC’s services has increased, making an outreach event such as this even more important.
