The ‘pond and amenity land’ is located just off Gipsy Lane and covers around 0.8 acres.
It has been listed by local auctioneers Strakers for a guide price of £2,000 plus fees in their upcoming auction, set to take place on Thursday, May 22.
The land can be accessed from Gipsy Lane through Wickes parking area and loading bay, although it is enclosed by high fencing which means there will not be any viewings prior to the auction.
The listing reads: “Pond and amenity land situated in the heart of Swindon close to commercial and residential properties and a football pitch.
