Abilene’s inclusion on this list will attract employers and more visitors.
With the Abilene Zoo and Frontier Texas, there are many things to do in Abilene.
Then, visitors coming here will get people to move here from other places to create a bigger community.
Livability has created its Best Places to Live in the U.S. list every year for more than a decade, stating they’re ‘experts’ on what makes somewhere a great place to live.
“If you’re looking for your personal best place to live, we know what might be on your wish list,” the organization states on their website. “We’ve examined all this and more to bring you our Best Places list packed with helpful information about living in each of our Top 100 cities, to help you find your perfect place to live.”
Abilene’s top three categories on the list include housing, transportation, and environment.
