Gurugram: It seems the Gurugram real estate market is not going to cool down anytime soon, as all 298 ultra-luxury units at Trump Residences were sold out on launch day on its launch day. These luxury apartments, worth Rs 8-15 crore, clocked Rs 3,250 crore in bookings, including Rs 125 crore worth of penthouses.
Located in Sector 69, Gurugram, Trump Residences — a new ultra-premium residential project has officially been launched by Smartworld Developers and Tribeca, in partnership with The Trump Organisation. Comprising two iconic 51-storey towers, the development marks another milestone in the rise of branded luxury housing in India.
