🕺 Learn some moves on Saturday during the Baila Fitness class at Vámonos!, a new fitness studio and cafe in Southwest Detroit. Every week, dance instructor Denisse Lopez and others will lead you through steps to get your heart pumping, sweat dripping and hips moving. Free, donations encouraged.
🚶 Is a nice stroll more your speed? Bring the family to Brilliant Detroit’s walking club, hosted weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Meet other Detroiters as you get your steps in near North Rosedale Park. Happy striding! Free.
